Bio

Je suis né en 1974 à Luzern, aîné d'une famille de trois enfants. Après une scolarité à Nidau et Bienne, j'ai fait ma maturité à St-Maurice en valais avant de rejoindre Neuchâtel pour y obtenir ma licence. Mes années de licence ont été accompagnées de la création de Tarqis Sàrl en 1996 ainsi que par un job à 20% chez Nivarox-FAR SA. Les cours terminés, j'ai rejoint la capitale pour parfaire mon suisse-allemand et travailler à la défence des intérêts de la jeunesse. En 2000 je découvre la folie d'Internet en prenant la direction de younet.org. Au même moment, je m'engage au niveau national au sein du Mouvement Scout de Suisse (MSdS), dans un premier temps avec le projet VISTAe (expo.02) puis en étant élu responsable de la formation. En 2003, je décide de reprendre des études en cours d'emploi en suivant le DPIO. Après une année de cours, je suis décidé à faire le grand saut. Je m'inscrits au doctorat, nous déménageons à Fribourg et je reprends la direction du programme au MSdS. Durant quatre ans, je travaille plus ou moins intensivement sur l'utilisation de marchés de prédictions dans le cadre de la gestion de porte-feuilles de projets R&D ainsi que sur nombre de projets annexes. Dès la fin de mon doctorat, je reçoit une bourse de jeune chercheur du FNS pour financer un post-doc à l'étranger. Actuellement, marié et père de quatre enfants, je suis Visiting Scholar à la Sauder School of Business de l'University of British Columbia à Vancouver.
